Une garantie XXL pour vos garde-temps
Soucieux de la bonne marche de toutes les montres qui sortent de nos ateliers, nous proposons un service étendu de maintenance. Nos montres sont des bijoux de technicité qui nécessitent une attention spécifique. À l’égal d’un avion de chasse ultra sophistiqué, des services doivent être effectués régulièrement afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de vos super mécaniques.
Certain du niveau d’excellence de nos produits horlogers, chaque propriétaire d’une montre EMERA se voit couvert par deux (2) services inclus, dont au total les 10 premières années sont sous garanties. Cette offre exclusive, jamais égalée, nous encourage à vous offrir toujours plus de satisfaction au contact de votre produit.
Lors de l’achat, toutes nos garde-temps sont délivrés avec une carte de garantie qui confirme l’origine de nos produits.
De plus, ne vous souciez plus de rien, nous prenons l’essentiel en charge. Vous recevrez de notre département service après-vente, une demande de prise en main pour le service d’entretien périodique de votre montre.
WARRANTY
EMERA guarantees your watch for 10 years (120months) including two (2) services under the terms and conditions of this warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
The international EMERA warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects of your timepiece. During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.
I. Conditions
This ten-year warranty is valid on condition that the watch is serviced as well as checked for its water-resistance by an authorized EMERA service center every three years.
II. Invalidation
Any intervention by a non-authorized EMERA agent or damage resulting from misuse will invalidate the warranty.
III. The Emera warranty does not cover:
(a) defects and damages due to loss, theft or fire or other causes beyond our control.
(b) normal wear and tear and ageing (for example alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps, such as leather, textile, rubber).
(c) any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.).
(d) incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by EMERA.
(e) any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use, failure to operate, defects or lack of precision of the EMERA watch.
(f) the EMERA watch handled by non-authorized persons, or which has been altered in its original condition beyond EMERA’s control.
Neither the warranty nor the two (2) services included during this ten (10) year period include packing, shipping, and insurance.

The warranty is transferable during the ten-year period to all successive owners of the watch on the condition that EMERA is duly notified of transfer of ownership. For repairs under warranty, please provide the individual number of your watch.
The warranty is valid only if the online certificate has been duly completed and dated by an official agent of EMERA.
Warranty cards bear a unique number assigned to the individual serial number of each watch.
